SKY32B750 is an ultra-low power, high performance and high integration SoC, targeting themillimeter wave radar system. It integrates the high performance 32-bit MCU with 256Kbytes on-chip embedded flash and 64K bytes embedded SRAM, high performance and highflexibility radar baseband processor (integrated 8-channel 12-bit SAR ADC (@20MSPS max),up to 4096-point FFT, 1.288M bytes SRAM, CFAR1D (CA/GO/SO) and DPK), 2 CAN(support CAN2.0B and CAN FD), 8 USCI, 2 QSPI, 2 OSPI and auxiliary 10-bit SAR ADC(@0.1MSPS), CRC16, TRNG etc.
SKY32B750 is AEC-Q100 qualified at Grade 2 temperature range (–40°C to +105°C) and isoffered in a 6mm X 6mm QFN48L package.
